Russ Crespolini (Charlie Brown)
Russ is happy to be back at the JCC after playing Horton
in last winter’s Seussical. Other favorite roles
include Chauvelin in The Scarlet Pimpernel, Lloyd
Dallas in Noises Off, and Nicely Nicely Johnson in Guys
and Dolls. When Russ is not on stage, he spends his time
as a Sports Editor for NJN Publishing and making movie magic
with Massive Rooster Productions (www.massiverooster.com).
Russ has much love for Camille and Ilene for putting
up with him, to Cindy for not making him dance (much) and
Howie, who always has a pencil ready. Russ is eternally
indebted to Dave, Jenn and Jason who somehow get swept
up in all of his crazy schemes, whether on stage, screen or
everyday life. Russ is grateful to his parents for taking him
to just as many Broadway shows as baseball games and a special
shout out to all the "Weenuts" but especially
to Joey, who always gets his harmonies right and reminds
him of what made him get on stage in the first place. Finally,
Russ wouldn’t be up here without support from his wife,
Andi, who is the first person to encourage him to get
out and audition (maybe a little too quickly) and is the
best audience there is. You all define my “happiness.”
